In 3 months’ time, the European Lung Foundation and the European Respiratory Society will launch the Healthy Lungs for Life campaign, which incorporates the next World Spirometry Day (WSD).
Healthy Lungs for Life aims to raise the profile of the importance of lung health. The theme this year is ‘Breathe clean air’ and we will be spreading the message about the importance of air quality for lung health through events during the ERS Congress in Munich and across the globe via WSD.
The website for the campaign is now live and we invite you to visit the site to learn more about clean air and to find out how you can get involved in an event taking place near you.
The Healthy Lungs for Life website includes an interactive map that you can use to search for events in different countries and around the globe, as well as a range of information on air quality and lung health, including factsheets that are available in 8 different languages.
The website will also keep you up to date on all the latest news regarding the ‘Breathe clean air’ theme and the events taking place at the ERS International Congress in Munich in September.
