On World Lung Cancer Day we are delighted to launch our new lung cancer website, a key end result of our patient priorities lung cancer project.
We hope that it will improve access to the information and support that people affected by lung cancer in Europe have told us they need, and that it will be a key resource for European Respiratory Society (ERS) members to signpost their patients to.
The website has been developed in consultation with people with experience of lung cancer as well as ERS lung cancer healthcare professionals.
It offers:
You can also find out about the priorities for lung cancer treatment and care that were identified as part of this project as well as more about the people involved, and our consultation activities with 400 individuals and organisations.
The website is still a work in progress so please give us your feedback in these early days so that we can develop and improve it over the next few months.
Thank you to everyone who has been involved and supported this project.
