We would like to invite you to share your experiences to help us to improve the delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation services worldwide.
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a short course of regular exercise and education sessions. It aims to reduce the impact of a lung condition on a person’s quality of life by reducing the severity of symptoms and increasing their ability to participate in everyday activities.
This survey is part of a joint project by the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and European Respiratory Society (ERS) to improve access to services by developing an official policy statement on how pulmonary rehabilitation should be delivered worldwide.
By taking 10 minutes to complete this survey, you will ensure that this project is guided by the knowledge and experiences of those who have taken part in pulmonary rehabilitation and those who might be eligible for pulmonary rehabilitation but have not yet had the chance to participate.
The survey is anonymous, but you can choose to enter your email address at the end to receive updates on the project and the results of the survey if you wish.
The survey is open until 14 November 2014, and is available in ten different languages:
