National Korányi Institute of Pulmonology

The National Korányi Institute of Pulmonology (NKIP) has become Hungary's internationally recognized leading center for the prevention, patient care, research and development, education, and methodology of respiratory diseases. Over the past decades, our responsibilities have expanded, mainly in the treatment of lung cancer, asthma, and other respiratory diseases (such as COPD, cystic fibrosis). in the JARED project, the National Korányi Institute plays a crucial role in coordinating efforts due to its extensive experience in international projects.
