EUREST-RISE is a project that includes a series of research studies that will make it easier for researchers to examine tobacco products, specifically: the devices used; their purpose; how key design characteristics interact; and assessing groups of people who use them. Lungs Europe will be offering training on communicating research to policymakers/stakeholders, peer scientists, the general public and the media. EUREST-RISE is funded by European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement.

ELF ensures that the general objective of WP4 is attained, through which researchers receive training on communicating research to policymakers/stakeholders, peer scientists, the general public and the media. Specific objectives are to train researchers in advocacy activities and policy integration, facilitate training in peer-to-peer communication (ERS), and facilitate training on communication to media and the general public with a focus on high-risk groups.
