Support ELF events

ELF does not charge for its events. It wants to make sure they are available to anybody who wishes to join. To ensure we can keep doing this we ask that those who can afford to pay to consider making a donation. We are grateful to everyone who supports us in this way and helps lung health patients to have their voices heard.
