Home » #BreatheCleanAir: Help us spread the important Healthy Lungs for Life messages
This year we have seen the world work together to stop climate change and improve air quality. We want to make sure that people understand the impact of air pollution on lung health and take it seriously. To help achieve this, in 2022, ELF will be focusing its Healthy Lungs for Life campaign on the impact of climate change on lung health.
As well as running events in cities (COVID-19 allowing) to support this important campaign, we will also explore new audiences. This includes trialling a new project in schools, to take our key messages on lung health to children.
We will work with patients and professionals to improve knowledge and understanding of how lung health is affected by climate change. We will equip people with the tools they need to make choices that are better for the environment, and empower them to use their voice and ask local policy makers to make changes.
Healthy Lungs for Life is such a valuable campaign for lung health. We are asking our supporters to consider donating to help us to grow it and make a greater impact. If this is something you can do then please follow visit our Healthy Lungs for Life fundraising page. If you would like to know more about fundraising, please contact our fundraiser by emailing Katherine.wylie@europeanlung.org
