Patient representative registration

Members of the ELF Patient Advisory Committee (PAC) and PAGs will receive direct communication from ELF about the opportunities for complimentary registration to the Congress.

Representatives from any other patient organistion in the ELF patient organistion network will also be able to benefit from a special rate for patients and patient representatives, which are as follows:

• Flash sale (10 May – 1 June): €79
• Early-bird (2 June – 6 July): €129
• Standard (7 July – 8 September): €169

Patient representatives wishing to attend the ERS Congress must complete the patient registration form. A member of the ELF team will be in touch to confirm your eligibility to register as a patient representative or request proof of affiliation to a patient organisation in the ELF network. Upon confirmation of your eligibility, you will receive intructions of how to complete your registration with the reduced rate.

Patient organisation networking day

Patient organisation day will be held on Saturday 4 Sepetmber, and our steering group are currently working on an interactive programme focusing on digital health.

It will be free to access for all those who are part of the ELF patient organistion network or a member of a Patient Advisory Group (PAG), and there will be no limit to the number of attendees from each organisation who can attend. Advanced registration will be required, but no payment needed. Further details will be sent soon.
