Home » First ever face-to-face MEP Lung Health Group meeting in the European Parliament
In close collaboration, PHA Europe, ERS and ELF held the first-ever face-to-face event of the MEP Lung Health Group in the European Parliament on the 26 April 2022.
The meeting was hosted by MEP Istvan Ujhelyi and Chaired by Prof. Marc Humbert, President of ERS.
The main objective of the event was to present and re-launch the Call to Action – Addressing the Unmet Needs of Persons Living with Pulmonary Hypertension of PHA Europe.
High profile speakers from the medical field and from the European Commission presented the main pillars of the position paper and the patient perspective was also provided by two patient representatives.
Various stakeholders from the field of pulmonary hypertension (PH) attended the meeting which was streamed online to ensure bigger coverage.
