Students at one of Canada’s biggest universities learnt about the importance of lung health at an information booth funded by the Healthy Lungs for Life campaign.
In September 2021, the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University hosted an event to share important messages from the Healthy Lungs for Life campaign. The event included an information booth and online social media campaign.
Around 300 students visited the booth and saw presentations on different topics including smoking and vaping as well as COVID-19 and vaccination. Visitors were also given fact-wrapped cookies, erasers, factsheets and t-shirts to take away with them, including important messages about lung health.
