Aim: To develop an international guideline on the management of bronchiectasis in childhood.

Summary: The guideline was published in 2021: Task Force report: European Respiratory Society guidelines for the management of children and adolescents with bronchiectasis. European Respiratory Journal, January 2021
Aim: Child-BEAR-Net (Children’s Bronchiectasis Advocacy Research Network) aims to advance science and clinical research and improve respiratory health and medicine for people diagnosed with bronchiectasis as children. It launched in March 2021 and will run initially for three years.
Patient input: A parent representative from the Childhood Bronchiectasis PAG is a member of the steering group and will attend all meetings and the PAG will provide a forum to engage with for wider parent/patient views.
