Take The Active Option and raise funds for Healthy Lungs for Life this September

Are you looking for a way to team build in your workplace?

If you have answered yes to the above, then sign up to this year’s #TakeTheActiveOption

#TakeTheActiveOption is a month-long challenge event that encourages people to get fit, think about their lung health, and raise funds for the Healthy Lungs for Life campaign, which is run by ELF and the European Respiratory Society (ERS).

It is an excellent way to help engage your workforce to build relationships and think about their lung health, especially as many of us are now returning to the office.

This year we are theming the challenge around Barcelona to celebrate the return of the physical ERS Congress. You can take part individually or as part of a team. Choose a distance based on this fantastic city, then use our platform to upload your distances manually or automatically with Strava, track your performance as well as other participants’ activity across Europe, and raise money for a great cause by asking people to sponsor you. We are delighted that we already have ELF and ERS leadership teams signed up who you will be able to participate alongside.
